It’s that time again for public nominations for the Cambridge Food & Drink Awards! We’ve been finalists for the past two years and this year we REALLY want to take the title(s), so PLEASE NOMINATE US! DEADLINE 7th JULY…
There are two relevant awards for us this year:
– Restaurant Of The Year – De Luca Cucina & Bar:
We hope our focus on fresh ingredients and cooking everything from scratch, as well as our efforts to continuously update our menus, makes us one of your favourite restaurants in the city. We are also proud of the buzz of the Skylight restaurant, the ‘al fresco’ offering of our rooftop terrace, the intimate ‘Vespa’ private dining room, and of course the truly unique Piano Bar @ De Luca on the top floor. The nominations they are looking for put together amazing food with a great experience, we hope we offer that all our customers, as well as a personal touch so often lacking in restaurants in the modern era. – Pub/bar Of The Year – The Piano Bar At De Luca:
We’re delighted bars can now be included in the award nominations. The nominations should ‘stand out from the crowd, head and shoulders above their competitors’. We can’t think of any other bar that can offer anything like the unique and feel-good vibe of our piano bar. The key to the bar’s popularity is focusing entirely on how good music and singing makes us feel, as a group. We love the fact we are #2 on TripAdvisor for nightlife in the city but would be over the moon to take home this much-coveted award. The bar was designed to bring the best piano bar entertainers to Cambridge and delight and wow the crowds every week, as well as design the set list on the night to match the crowd and get everyone singing along to their favourite songs, whether they are 25 or 95 years old.
